Florida Orthopaedic Institute’s team helps lead the fight against arthritis
Dr. Kevin Cronin sits on the Board of the Florida Arthritis Foundation, currently serving on the Medical Sub-Committee. Doing so brings him closer to the local community.
The Live Yes! program
Based in Tampa, Live Yes! is a peer-led support group that brings people together for fun, gentle activities to ease the effects of arthritis. By connecting people in similar situations, Live Yes! fosters understanding and encouragement for patients and their loved ones, making life for those in the arthritis community better both physically and emotionally.
Long-term goals
Arthritis is the nation’s leading cause of disability, affecting over 60 million adults and 300,000 children in the U.S. Making people more aware of arthritis makes them more active in fighting it. And we need all the leaders we can to fight for the cause.
A true leader
By serving on various boards and organizations, Dr. Cronin demonstrates the leadership that sets the Florida Orthopaedic Institute apart. By getting up close and personal, he is not only getting to know and understand arthritis better, but he’s also getting to know and understand those impacted it.
