About Dr. D'Alonzo
Dr. D’Alonzo is board eligible by the American osteopathic Academy of Orthopedic Surgeons and specializes in Adult Reconstruction. Dr. D’Alonzo was born and raised in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where he completed his undergraduate degree at Drexel University. He obtained his medical degree from Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. He then completed his residency in Orthopedic Surgery at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine. During residency, he served as Chief Resident and was named Resident of the Year by his faculty. Dr. D’Alonzo completed his fellowship training in Adult Reconstruction at Florida Orthopaedic Institute.
Dr. D’Alonzo cares for lower extremity conditions with a specific interest in hip and knee replacement. He specializes in both primary and complex revision surgeries, including infected and failed joint replacements.
Dr. D’Alonzo is a member of the American Academy of Hip and Knee surgeons and the American Academy of Orthopaedic Surgeons.
Dr. D’Alonzo’s personal interests include personal fitness, playing guitar, and spending time with his wife.
